Can I request a quote for the 23 kW AC dual-gun charger?
Yes. Select the Power9 AC Dual Gun Charger in the enquiry form and provide your installation location and expected number of chargers. For larger projects, information about vehicles, parking duration and available electrical infrastructure is also useful.
Can I request the 20 kW or 30 kW DC configuration?
The current ES-DC30S specification lists selectable 20 kW and 30 kW output configurations. Tell Power9 which application and vehicles you are considering so the appropriate configuration can be evaluated.
Can I request a technical datasheet?
Yes. Technical datasheets should be available for both current products. Product pages should also eventually provide downloadable datasheets directly rather than requiring users to contact Power9 for basic specifications.
I don't know which charger I need. Can I still enquire?
Yes. Start with the vehicles you want to charge, how many there are and how long they usually remain parked. Those details are more useful at the beginning than trying to select a charger based only on its advertised power rating.
